Green argued that technology may change jobs, industries, and institutions, but people must still provide the judgment, relationships, courage, faith, and purpose needed to rebuild.

Preparing People for Disruption
Green created The Nehemiah Blueprint™ to help people and organizations respond when unchosen change and loss disrupt their lives. At that moment, people face a choice: rebuild or remain captive to what happened.
The initiative draws upon current workforce research and Green’s practical experience as a former business school dean, educator, author, entrepreneur, and retired senior engineering manager.
The KBOB conversation raised an important question: How should people prepare for jobs that may change, disappear, or require entirely new skills?
Green’s advice was direct: “Don’t prepare for the job you had. Prepare for the problems somebody will pay you to solve.”
That preparation requires more than learning how to operate the newest technology. People must strengthen their ability to think, adapt, communicate, solve problems, build relationships, and lead during uncertainty.
